Hi all,
I am just now considering switching my IDE to Visual Studio Code and using PlatformIO. I have seen on YouTube that it has many advantages. DroneBot Workshop and Andreas Spiess both have videos. It is supposed to make working with Arduino and ESP32 boards easier, when you work with both.
What is your experiences and thoughts around this combination, are they good. Are you using it, or have any other recommendations?

What were you using before ? Arduino ide V1 ? Arduino ide v2.0 ?

Jetez un oeil aux blogs, aux tutoriels, aux ouvrages, au robotscope aux articles, à la boutique et aux différents services disponible !
En attendant qu'une bibliothèque de fichiers 3D soit mise en place n'hésitez pas à demander si vous avez besoin du fichier 3D d'un des produits de la boutique... On l'a peut être !

interesting. I think I may give VSC a try. I have been using Arduino IDE v1 for a while. I was never quite satisfied with it. I like the easy of use with the editors used in the more modern IDEs. Recently, I have been using PyCharm for Python and started using VSC for typescript in my business. When looking into VSC, I saw that it has many different extensions. PlatformIO has a cool icon - so you know, I wanted to try it out!

Similar experience for me. I hated Arduino IDE 
. Also used PyCharm for a while. Nice but heavy. Now I use VSC with several extensions (PlateformIO, PyLance, PYQT Integration). Quite satisfied !
