You can troubleshoot this issue by first confirming your RDK S100 has entered the correct flashing mode by pressing the recovery button before powering on the device, then checking your hardware connection by trying a different proper USB port on your computer and ensuring you are using the USB Type-C (Flash/Debug) port on the S100, completely uninstalling existing drivers then reinstalling the official RDK S100 drivers, verifying you have selected the correct product type and connection mode in your Xburn software settings, restarting both your device and computer, and if the issue still persists you can post your detailed problem with related screenshots and logs on the D-Robotics community for further professional technical support.

Here is the recommended solution:
1. **Flash via USB**:
* Use the official Horizon **burning tool** (e.g., `hb_tool` or Windows Burn Tool) on your PC.
* Select the correct **Secure Firmware** package (since `otp exist: true`).
* Flash the complete image to the onboard NAND/eMMC.
2. **Verify**:
* Once flashing completes, reboot normally. The green light should proceed to full boot.
