Hi! Mohshen, could you try connecting the HDMI directly to a monitor first instead of using an HDMI capture card with OBS? We haven't tested that specific setup. If you need a remote display, we recommend using tools like VNC, NoMachine, or the built-in remote desktop feature in RDK Studio.

Got it. Since you're getting the same result, could you check a few more things? What is the LED indicator doing right now? Also, did you make sure to flash a desktop image, and are you able to connect to the board via SSH?

You can use rdk studio to connect your board via quick link and using remote Desktop feature to access your desktop for a quick check, here is the doc: https://developer.d-...ice/typec-flash

If the remote desktop works successfully, we can rule out the board or the OS image. That would mean the issue is strictly with the physical HDMI cable or the display connection itself
