I used a 64 GB Samsung microSD card and flashed the image successfully. However, when I power on the board with the card inserted, it does not boot. The only sign of power is that the green LED remains on.
what should I do now?

What do you mean it does not boot? The screen is black? If the screen is black, which means it might not be the best image for SDK to work with. Are you sure, you flashed a proper image to SDK? or to use hdmi you need to have a better power supply. Use 5V/5A one!

Yes the screen is black no logo or anything appeared. I downloaded the image from the https://archive.d-ro..._images/rdk_x5/ and tried two versions.
I tried two types of adapter 1) motorola's Turbo charger 125W there were a lot of options for charging output, 2) another was usual mobile charger
Then what should you recommend me to try another charger or changing SD card as also tried pendrive to boot up, same issue happended.

I just bought an RDK X3 module together with the Waveshare CM4 IO BASE A. However, when I supply power, the system does not start up. The 3.3V and 1.8V power rails do not turn on.
