En attendant qu'une bibliothèque de fichiers 3D soit mise en place n'hésitez pas à demander si vous avez besoin du fichier 3D d'un des produits de la boutique... On l'a peut être !

I have a suggestion for walterjakob robot for the next event: Disable all unnecessary tools, and leave only the camera and claw controls. It was a bit annoying when someone accidentally switched to the intro video and we couldn't see anything for 5 seconds.

Botkins Charity Project
Robots for #MECFS & #LongCovid patients, to virtually visit friends and family. #BotkinsCharity
Patients typically do not have the strength to build such DIY telepresence robots themselves. Botkins Charity Project tries to create an access to robots, but relies on donations and volunteers. Material costs per robot are around 400:euro_sign:, assembly costs around 50:euro_sign:, the robots are given to chronic patients with or without cost sharing (about 50%).
The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not strive for profit. Botkins would like to thank the non-profit project Vigibot, whose open-source instructions ( <https://www.robot-ma...-the-internet/> ), documentation ( <https://www.robot-ma...bot-faq-en-fr/> ), 3D files, modified partlist ( <https://github.com/e...nment/vigicad/> ) and software Botkins uses.
Besides helping the mentioned patients, another purpose of the project is to make the general public aware of the situation of people suffering from Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME/CFS). Botkins receives valuable help and information from the Swiss Society for ME and CFS (Schweizerische Gesellschaft für ME und CFS, <https://sgme.ch> ), as well as assistance in selecting suitable patients.

:bullet: Workshop leaders: we don't yet know how workshops will work.

Be sure to babysit the visitors when they're about to do naughty stuff, like running into the camera tripod to knock it over, or climbing up the singer's leg mid performance xd

It could be someone with a broken Playstation or Xbox controller
I think it would be a good idea to make a separate remote controller configuration for future events, with these buttons removed. I kept turning the infrared lights off and someone kept turning them on. It uses a lot of power, we don't need it during the day. Most visitors are probably confused by all these icons. I know I was when I first visited vigibot
