@Cauchy I'm afraid it didn't help. It already version v1.0.5 and could move the motors, so it was definitely running something before. I've just built the firmware from source and flashed that, and I'm still getting the same behaviour - all 0s in the logs, and no movement on the RViz visualisation

There is another reason is:fullwidth_comma:if your originBot is vision version:fullwidth_comma:not a lidiar version:fullwidth_comma:it may has no IMU. Please check your STM32 board is truely have a IMU module inside.:melting_face:

Ah, my robot is a lidar version. That's why I was asking about my lidar issues before the IMU ones. I checked the schematic and it looks like there should be a JY61P chip next to the STM32, which I don't have - is that correct? Does that mean I don't have an IMU, or is it inside the STM32 chip?
Also, do you have any ideas on how to get the lidar working, please? There is no `/dev/ydlidar` port available - I gave more details above.

There is a language selector at the top. Also, if you find yourself on the Chinese version of the page, don't just click the English language - that will navigate back to the home page. Insert `/en/` in the URL, e.g. https://www.originbo.../image_install/ is Chinese, so insert en: https://www.originbo.../image_install/
