1: looks similar to using the wrong VRX channel.
2 & 3: i don't know. How will you control the gimbal? Do you have that many TX channels?

Follow the wires, check the flight controller pinout to see which pins it's plugged in

How to connect the lights to MinusBot?
I followed the guide on GitHub and mounted the LEDs to the camera using metal screws and nuts.
When I measured the voltage on them, it showed 3.3V, but nothing is lighting up.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there something else I need to connect?

Those are infrared lights and they have a illumination sensor and turn on automatically when it's dark. You can see IR with a camera.

I suggest to leave them as they are. as infrared lights.

If you want, it's possible to do modifications, but it will add another point of failure. Specifically, the wire will be bent when looking around with the camera and the cable will fail with time. But the options would be:
1) wire the IR LEDs to a gpio to gain software control <https://www.robot-ma...-ir-via-gpio/>. use a zip tie base to mechanically relieve the solder joint from mechanical forces.
2) replace the IR LED with a white LED <https://www.robot-ma...leds-blanches/>
3) or buy a white LED PCB, not sure if they are still available.

I'd suggest to lower the brightness to the minimum as more will make them get quite hot

ok question about making a robot, i have an android phone and a bluetooth rc car that supports the weight of my phone and i want people to control my car while it moves around outside. do you guys think that would be possible?

Possibly, but it's not very convenient. Technically, your machine cannot be on Vigibot.

Vigibot robots are raspberry pi robots running the opensource vigibot client connected to the vigibot server @Rigby Cat
If you can use a raspberry pi to control your car you can update the open-source vigibot client to run your car with vigibot @Rigby Cat
