open the gearbox and screw the outermost static gear onto motor.

hope that the pinion fits. the bearbox has apparently options for 5mm and 3.75mm or something or is that the output

if you know the rpm under normal load you can calculate wheel diameter and look for some suitable ones
i just hope there's a large choice

yeah something like that but wider and more grip for dirt + gravel + grass
that could work too actually
since they're for a scooter they're probably 24v so if i do something like that we need a 12v version of that
