Cool pcb Fredj21
Not sure how applicable or useful my thoughts are :D:

Both FET for switch 6 & 7 are N-CH. One P-CH could be useful. Example: ON-OFF for a PAM8302 amp board.

Something like ~2 free GND, 3.3V and 5V pins could be useful. Example: LED driver board.

Would different connectors, like screw terminals also fit? (I'm just not a fan of those big bulky connectors)

Your + and - traces go very close to the edge of the PCB, if there's no margin then any sideway touch with a metal object may short the layers.

+ and - around the screw holes, will a repeated screw on and off with metal screws wear off the conformal coating and cause a short, or is the coating strong enough/only plastic screws will be used?

Screws must be GND
Agree with firened for screws terminal better than these huge strange one
Agree also for marging everywhere (anti shortcut)

Check if no flyback diodes are required for the motors.

What motor driver H-bridges are you using? Can't find any info for TPS74901
That's all for now. Looks like a fun board @Fred Robotic (Asso Caliban)

Hello @fire_ned
thank for your comments
I placed two mosfets for fun, not knowing the use case. I think that N-CH allows the choice of several VCCs for several uses.
H-bridges are not TPS74901 (it is an error in the 3d drawing)
H-Bridges are BTS7960 drivers , It's a same design that Arduino IBT-2 Driver
( There aren't flyback diode in their design )
ok for big bulky connectors, but it's a same footsteps that screws terminal (i can choice at last moment)
but trace spacing is a very challenge ...

True N-CH allows different voltages

Ok, my BTS7960B also don't have diodes (maybe internal idk)
