for multi cell you'd also need a calculated resistor, to build a voltage divider with the fuel gauge's on board resistors. this connects to the battery's main plug (full voltage, all cells).
your ESC has LVD, you'd only notice that if you drive with more than 50% speed, no?
i at least recommend that over measuring a single cell, say cell 1. depending on low-voltage cut-off circuit, it may bridge the protection like it did on icecream before i noticed.

if I'm not mistaken madmike88252 's "aerialer" had 10Mbps and every 5-15s it would trigger red bars and failsafe for just a fraction of a second. i assumed it was the limited bandwidth, but can't say for sure.
I'd aim for ISP named "up to 50 Mbit/s" or "up to 100 Mbit/s" upload.
I've not done actual speedtests though.
