From the logs, I see that Vigibot is explicitly trying to use the Legacy OpenMAX stack (-c: v h264_omx in the ffmpeg arguments defined in sys.json).

Even if Vigibot provides a legacy OS image, the fact that the process starts and immediately crashes indicates that the h264_omx encoder is not initializing correctly. This often happens if the vc4-kms -v3d driver is active in /boot/ config. txt, which conflicts with the legacy stack. This would explain both failures:

1. The camera fails because omx cannot access the GPU.

2. The framebuffer (/dev/fb0) fails because the KMS driver takes over the display output.

The fix likely involves checking /boot/ config.txt to ensure the legacy camera stack is enabled and KMS is configured correctly (or disabled), OR modifying sys. json to use a different encoder (like h264_v412m2m or libx264) if the hardware supports it.

It's the L298N Dual Motor Module For Arduino but it should still work with the raspberry pi 4b.

You set the l298n driver with two wires per motor = pwmpwm type.

The right motor is attached to outputs one and two on the controller. The left motor is attached to outputs three and four. input one on the controller is attached to pin 11 on the pi input two is attached to pin 13 on the pi input three is attached to pin 15 on the pi and input four is attached to pin 16 on the pi
