On April 10, 1991, Malcolm Washington was born in California to actors Denzel and Pauletta Washington, who are renowned for their numerous awards and accolades. Malcolm Washington did not start as a filmmaker despite having a lifetime love of motion pictures. Instead, he started as a basketball player before deciding to go a different route. Malcolm gave up basketball to pursue acting after graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in cinema studies. Additionally, by working with persistent determination, he made success possible.
